Service Description

Arrivy LTD provides private hire transport services, including the transportation of passengers and their luggage to their specified destinations. Our services are available by advance booking only and are provided by licensed drivers using insured vehicles.

Booking and Cancellations

Booking Process:

  • Bookings can be made via phone, online, or through our mobile app.
  • You will receive a booking confirmation with details of the driver and vehicle.

Changes and Cancellations:

  • You may change or cancel your booking without charge up to 5 minutes before the dispatch time.
  • Cancellations made less than 5 minutes before the dispatch time may incur a cancellation fee.

User Responsibilities

Accurate Information:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when booking our services.
  • Any changes to your booking details must be communicated promptly.

Behavior:

  • Passengers must behave in a respectful and orderly manner during the journey.
  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be the passenger's responsibility.

Luggage:

  • The driver may refuse to carry excessively large or hazardous items.

Prohibited Activities:

  • Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol are prohibited in all Arrivy LTD vehicles.
  • Illegal activities or carrying illegal substances are strictly forbidden.

Driver Responsibilities

Professional Conduct:

  • Drivers must provide a professional and courteous service at all times.
  • Drivers must comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.

Identification:

  • Drivers must display their identification badge in a visible location within the vehicle.
  • Drivers must assist with luggage and ensure passenger safety during the journey.

Payment Terms

Fare Estimates:

  • An estimated fare will be provided at the time of booking based on the distance and time of travel.
  • The final fare may vary due to actual travel conditions and additional passenger requests.

Payment Methods:

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments as specified at the time of booking.
  • Payment must be made at the end of the journey unless otherwise arranged.

Receipts:

  • Receipts will be provided upon request at the end of the journey.

Limitation of Liability

Service Availability:
